The driveway can accommodate 2 cars. You are walking distance to the club house which includes a pool, water park and on-site restaurant.
You are free to use the entire home except for the owner’s closet located in the first floor master suite. (the door has a digital keypad on it) adjacent to the walk in closet
Other things to note
Please review the following before booking:
- To book this home, you must be 25 years of age or older.
- After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
- Guests are limited to 4 cars and that is the max limit of parking passes allowed per reservation in the community.
- To heat the pool and hot tub there is an additional charge of $30 per day (for a minimum of 3 days).
- Absolutely NO PARTIES are allowed in this home. We are sharing our family home with you. Please respect it.
- No Pets allowed.
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside home or on the back patio. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front.
